Can we pay by card?
Unfortunately no. You have to book an appointment. The attorneys do not do telephonic consultations.
Can I speak to the attorney reading a problem I have?

My ex is not paying maintenance. What can I do?
Book to consult with the attorney, who will be able to assist you with attending the Children’s Court of necessary.
There is a problem with my child/ren and contact with another party?
Go to the domestic violence officer at the magistrate’s court for the area where you are resident or employed and apply for a domestic violence interdict. In the meantime, book an appointment to see the attorney and bring a copy of the application with you.
My spouse / partner is abusive. What do I do?
First establish if there is a will. If so, contact the executor appointed, if an attorney, chartered accountant or bank, who will assist you. If no executor appointed, a person other than a practising attorney or C.A. or no will, first book an appointment to see the attorney, who will provide you with a list of documents required to bring with you and who will assist you with the estate.
A family member has passed away? Must I go to the Master of the High Court?
Book an appointment for the person, as long as they are o sound mind, to see the attorney to have a power of attorney drawn up. They will need to bring their identity document, together with the identity document of the person they want to appoint to deal with their matters.
A spouse / family relative is not well and we need to get a Power of Attorney?
If you are selling through an estate agent, have the attorney look at the contract before signing. If it is a private sale, book a consultation with the attorneys for the seller/s and purchaser/s to attend to have the Offer to Purchase drawn up. They must bring identity documents, tax numbers and proof of current residential address ( not older than2 months) with them
